Bill Heath

Bill Heath has worked in the IT industry for the past thirty-five years in a variety of sales and management positions. He joined IBM in the mid sixties in New Zealand and worked for the company in Wellington and Sydney for the next ten years. He joined Roche Products as its Data Processing Manager in 1976 and worked with Roche in Sydney and on assignment in England.    Upon his return to Australia, Bill worked as a Software Manager for Martin Marietta Data Systems and NEC Information Systems.

Bill moved into the IT recruitment industry in 1989. Initially, he joined the IT recruitment company, Interquest, where he worked for two years.    Subsequently, he joined the ASK Solutions Group, where he founded and successfully managed ASK’s IT Contracting Division, e-Contract. He left the ASK Solutions Group after ten years with the organisation.

Bill McPherson

Bill has also been with the IT industry for 35 years as Development and Training Manager, Software Sales, Marketing and Internet Course giver.

Initially with IBM equipment at Rolls-Royce Aero Engine Division in Scotland Bill embraced International Computers Limited (ICL) equipment on his arrival in Australia.   The Australian Bureau of Statistics, ICL itself and various Software companies all added to his skills and experience.

Bill has a can-do attitude and trained many students in basic computing, MS-Office applications and specialised software packages.

He has sold to Australian and Overseas companies via PC with GoToMeeting and is very comfortable presenting and training in the classroom and on the Internet.
